Partial acceptance, as well as acceptance on other terms, is not allowed.

If the Buyer does not accept the terms of this Offer in full, the sale of Tickets is not carried out. Tickets purchased by the Buyer cannot be returned, including in the event of the Buyer's refusal based on the Buyer's disagreement with the terms of this Offer after accepting its terms and paying for the Ticket. Refunds for Tickets purchased by the Buyer are possible only in accordance with the procedure and on the terms established by this Offer or the relevant section on the website regulating Delivery and payment.

This Offer comes into force from the date of its posting on the website and is valid indefinitely or until the end of the IT Rivne Conference.

The subject of this Offer is the provision of services to the Buyer for booking and issuing Tickets for the IT:Rivne Conference Event in the manner and on the terms and conditions provided for in this Offer.

To participate in the IT Rivne Conference, you need to register via our online registration form and pay the appropriate fee. Registration is mandatory and confirms your participation in the conference.

Acceptance of this offer is:

• Ticket selection.

• Filling in all required fields in the Visitor Questionnaire section.

• Pay the ticket price.

After confirming the Acceptance and payment, the Buyer will receive a printable electronic ticket to their email address.

Terms of participation.

Disclaimer.

The organizers are not responsible for any damage, loss, or injury that may arise as a result of participation in the conference. Participants are solely responsible for their own health, safety, and personal property during the conference.

The organizers reserve the right to make changes to the conference program, schedule of presentations, and to change the terms of participation without prior notice. In the event of significant changes, the organizers will notify participants.

Refusal to participate.

If you need to cancel your participation in the conference, you can do so by notifying us no later than 4 business days before the event. Please note that the ticket price is non-refundable if cancellation is received less than 4 business days before the conference. Please be sure of your ability to participate before purchasing a ticket. Make sure you understand that our conference is a charity event, and all funds raised will be donated to charity to support noble causes. By purchasing a ticket, you are contributing to this initiative and supporting our mission. Please note that the purchased conference ticket is a kind of charitable contribution. The ticket price is considered a donation to support charitable activities and is non-refundable according to the above conditions.

In the event that the IT Rivne Conference cannot take place due to force majeure circumstances, the funds paid for the ticket will be credited toward the next event.
