Oleksandr Krakovetskyi graduated from Vinnytsia National Technical University with a Ph.D. in Information Technology. He progressed from a junior developer to a software architect, specializing in automated control systems and is an internationally recognized expert in artificial intelligence.
Oleksandr is the co-founder and CEO of DevRain, a software development company and Microsoft partner, as well as the co-founder and CTO of DonorUA, Ukraine's largest blood donor platform. He has received numerous awards, including Microsoft Regional Director, Microsoft Artificial Intelligence Most Valuable Professional, and The Best Professional in Software Architecture at the Ukrainian IT Awards. He was also a member of the Forbes Technology Council.
Oleksandr is a speaker at many Ukrainian and international conferences and has taught or teaches cloud technologies and artificial intelligence at Metinvest Polytechnic, Kyiv School of Economics, Ukrainian Catholic University, among others. He is the author of the course "Getting Started with ChatGPT" on the Ukrainian online learning platform Prometheus and the books ChatGPT, DALL·E, Midjourney: How Generative Artificial Intelligence is Changing the World and Large Language Models, Prompt Engineering and Agents.

We will discuss whether these models can really replace software engineers, as well as what vibecoding is and whether it will become a new development paradigm.
